- Relationship developed between client and OM
- Drawings and samples (if available) submitted by client
- OM engineering evaluation of drawings & samples
- Drawing sent to procurement for foundry or factory placement
- Sampling submitted from factory to OM engineering for compliance and forwarded to clients
- Engineering for evaluation and approval
- Production run for approved product, with oversight from OM's international engineering department
- First production run sent to OM's facility for inspection and compliance reports
- Product held in OM distribution center for clients releases
- Shipped to client for distribution
